Just because we truly believe in the power of the good food and the richness of our Mediterranean culture, together with my super-hero sister Viviana, we decided to give the chance to everybody to order and receive home a box with Italian delicacies straight from local producers by subscription: the NONNO PEPPE box.
The support of everybody will be needed on Kickstarter soon to collect the budget to start this extraordinary project.
In the meanwhile we will start the activities of the NONNO PEPPE UNIVERSITY,a series of cooking workshops to spread the culinary culture from Puglia, our beloved region.
During the workshop we will make fresh pasta, focaccia, dishes prepared with fresh and seasonal vegetables, as our grandmother used to do.
We'd like to share all the ancient rituals of the preparation of the food as an act of love and care for ourselves and for the others, using all the tasty ingredients that the land can offer season by season.
