Since the moment when me and my sister Viviana inherited the olive field in Montaltino, we knew that was the beginning of something that would have changed our lives.
That was not only a field: on that ground was written the story of the previous generations of our family, that was the memory of all the sunny Sunday mornings spent together with my cousins climbing olives trees, it was the smell of the olives harvest during Christmas time, it was one entire life of dedication and hard work of our grandfather Nonno Peppe.
